Managing Director - John Mitchell
We’re looking at a space on Wilshire and Carondolet. Full time box office person, marquis on Wilshire, big
space, possibility we’ll share it with other theater companies. There is parking, but none free except on
the streets after 6 p.m.
Mem Com
SAA will check to see what positions we need to have elections for. Corey says probably SAA and
Memcom.
Marketing - John Wuchte
Brandon has been doing a great job about getting cards out to theaters. Please come see John if you want to
distribute postcards with pay what you can stickers.
John Mitchell has the Season 9 brochure model. He passes it around for review at the meeting.
Development
360 – Julie can’t do the auction. Wuchte volunteers to do the act producing. Jenine volunteers to help.
Mitchell also.
Corey asks about the carnival fundraiser in August.
SAA - Julie Mullen
I’m updating mail lists.

Kicking ass. Show tonight at 7 is pay what you can.
Stephanie asked for people to distribute postcards. Next week the Polish consulate is coming out to see
the show. Next week a group from UCLA is coming to see the show.

Goose & Tom Tom - Padraic Duffy
They’re rehearsing and have all designers.
Slow & Tight - John Mitchell
Auditions yesterday. They saw a lot of talented people and it made him proud to be a company member.
Cast list will be ready in the next day or so. They need run crew. Directors need to get in touch with
Becky to book time in the space.

They’re picking scripts by the end of the month.
Serial Killers - Padraic Duffy and Hans Gelpke
The audience will vote on the story lines they want to see next. Running five weeks with Goose & Tom Tom
late nights Saturdays. Deadline June 25th for first week submissions, and the first show is Saturday, July
23rd late night. Guidelines and deadlines will be up on the website in the next couple days. You can email
serialkillers@sacredfools.org for more info.
Each “episode” should be about ten pages long. They at least want one full episode and a paragraph mapping
out the other episodes. The writer is responsible for picking directors, etc.
