Summary:
Fall shows announced, committee head nominations, air
conditioning, rentals, and more!
Sacred Fools company meeting. July 9, 2006.
Present: Padraic Duffy, Hans Gelpke,
Jenelle Riley, Phil Newby, Phil Sokoloff, Ruth Silveira, John Mitchell, Lou
Burnstein, Becky Harrison, Kathi Copeland, C.M. Gonzalez, Adam Bitterman, Joe
Jordan, David Mcintyre, Pogo Saito, Corey Klemow, Michael Lanahan, Brandon
Clark, Heatherlynn Gonzalez, Stacey Jackson, Jaime Andrews, one unknown.
Meeting called to order. General business first hour. Then go on to members only for committee
nominations.
REPORTS:
John Mitchell: Very short.
I just have a couple of things.
There are a number of involvement opportunities. There are about a million open
positions. And they're going to be very
simple task oriented positions. Check
it out. They are posted on the website
backstage. And I'll make copies for
everybody. That's pretty much all
today. Barbeque at the August meeting. Because we're not going to be in the
space. I guess I didn't communicate
that properly.
Q: Pot luck?
A: Pot luck. Yes.
There's a great park. It's in
the Valley, humungous. We could have
food there too. Point of order.
Q:
Are the positions for members only?
John:
The positions that are available are not for members only. They are for anyone and all the duties are
laid out very clearly. If you have any
questions contact me or Becky.
Hans: Becky.
Becky: The air‑conditioning is working right
now. We did have somebody come in and
do that. The one in the office is still
not working. We need to take it in. Taken
in and it has to be exchanged. We're
taking it back under warranty. It was fixed on Friday. The
problem with as hot as it is, there is no insulation, and the sun on the steel
roof turns this place into a furnace.
If the air‑conditioning is not running long enough, this is what
it's going to feel like until you turn on all your lights. The problem is the air‑conditioning,
it works very hard but it's not a very big unit. And it gets dirty really quickly.
Rentals, we have a rental that's
coming in. The show's Marat Sade. They're doing a four week run. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We have a video that's doing a shoot here
before our Company Meeting. They'll be
out before the meeting begins. And then
we'll have our monthly reading, a film
company that does reading and movie script readings. Not going to be able to accommodate them and their schedule. If anybody does get any rentals or any
inquiries please send it to me. Any
people who are looking to do a rental coming up towards the end of the year, let
me know as soon as possible because I have to sit down with the A. C. And talk
with them about it. Some people are
asking why we're doing all these rentals, I calculated $8500 this year alone on
rentals the balance of $4000 for this upcoming rental. It does pay our bills. It paid our rent last month. Because we don't want to do pick our plays
based on houses, it's actually beneficial.
If someone could take over buying
stuff for the front of the house, that would be great. I don't know what John's list is. That's something I'm doing that's very time
consuming with the other stuff I have going on. I think that's it.
Another thing we need money. I know that's a shocker. We have to buy out our copier. And then we'll still owe them money. We're also trying to deal with insurance. Those
are the big ones. Ten grand that we could use by tomorrow. That would totally rock. Totally.
It's tax deductible.
Still working on the liquor license
thing.
John Mitchell: What I found last night on the state ABC web
site is that it is 30 days once you submit it it's a 30 day period. You have to publicly announce that you're
going to start selling alcohol. There
is a 50 day review process and an additional 30 days beyond that. Six month process from beginning to end. There
are also people that can make it happen for us very quickly. I
sent out some inquire e‑mail.
That process can be done in 21 days.
Adam: To publicly announce that we have to hang
outside a notice. Any body who lives
within a certain perimeter may oppose the liquor license. I guess when we get to that public posting
period, it might not be a bad idea to stay on good terms with the
neighbors.
Becky: The
rental Marat Sade rental knows that they are in our dry period and selling
liquor is not an option for them. We
will start it as soon as the Serial Killers Anniversary thing is done.
Adam: One, do we need, or does somebody need
-- I certainly don't mean me -- need to rearrange these
seats before Marat Sade. Second
question -- A. C. Question, I don't know. Is
Serial Killers continuing during Marat Sade.
Are they selling concessions.
A. Yes.
Q. Regarding
the liquor license does Paul know about it?
John: I
have not been tracking this Brandon has been?
Q. I
was just wondering if he's cool with it.
A. He
might be someone who has specific reason.
Most of our liquor sales happen after he's closed. Potential neighborhood businesses may have
concerns. That might actually include
the guys across the street.
Hans: Jaime.
Q: Can we cover the roof in tin
foil?
A. You
can crawl on up there.
Jaime: I'll get
all the tin foil.
Hans: A. C. Padraic, Joe, Paul, Jenelle.
Padraic: Regarding the La Bête extension, we've
discussed it and we want to extend it two weeks. So the exact nights are going to be determined in the next
few hours hopefully. We need to talk to
the cast. And -- but the
intention is to extend two weeks. The
Thursties will still be on that Saturday.
Q. It's
at eight o'clock?
A. Eight
o'clock.
Q. I'm
confused. At the same show times?
A. La
Bête will be performing on the Friday the 28, Thursties on the 29th, then
Sunday the 30th will be at 7 P. M. And then the following week we'll have some
performance of La Bête.
Q. Definitely
Friday and Saturday?
A. Yes. We will try to get three shows.
Q. Why
aren't we sure about the weekend?
A. We
have to talk to the cast.
Q. We
have press?
A. We
will let you know. So the La Bête
extension, we really wanted to have a lot to announce and we don't.
There is
one project that we've been working on. I
don't know if you've heard of it. Susan Lowry Parks is doing this insane thing;
she wrote a play a day for a year starting November 13 of 2004. It is now a massive project across the
country. There are several hub cities
and in each city a theatre will take a play a day for a week. So -- and it will about done in
all kinds of different ways. And we had
I meeting one day this week. It all
merges into one. Us and like six or
seven other theatre companies. We each
had a half hour block and there'd been people in there before us and we're on
their radar moving forward with it. We
would basically say these would be the dates we would be interested in to do it. It's
52 theatres. There are a lot of small theatre companies
bubbling up. There was one that said
they just sort of started a company. We
have a company. We have a space. Most are not nonprofit yet. There's going to be some sort of mechanism
for choosing those. At the end of the
whole thing, they are going to publish the massive book of all the plays on this
date by this theatre in all these different cities. It's going to be like a book this big. High profile for not a lot of work. A lot of advertising.
Q. National
advertising? Every theatre would be
advertised in the program for the dates they're doing the play?
A. Every
hub, on their own is doing the advertising.
We can do it however we want to.
Some have kitties that they would put money into.
Q. We
would just be given a certain block of days?
A. Seven
days. One week that's finite and it
doesn't have to be like a play a day.
We could do, like, literally seven of them in one night. We do those seven plays, um, they're cool
with how things work out. We're in the
Pacific times zone we need to do it like 12:04 to have world premier. You could do a whole production of these if you wanted before
your eight o'clock show. Huge
area. The royalties are a dollar. The expenses they want us to pay seven bucks
for the week plus $50 or $60. But even
so 50 or 60 bucks to get in on this.
Q. There
are these hubs and in each hub is going to do all the plays?
A. Each
city.
Q. Each
city is going to do all the plays?
A. In
LA, our site here, it's the Taper.
There will be 52 companies and they will each take one week. 14 cities.
14 theatres around the country doing that week's worth.
Q. And
it will be the same weeks each week in every city?
A. Yes,
yes. So we can beat those people.
Q. When
does it start?
A. November
13.
Q. Let's
do something when it's not so steaming hot?
A. Okay.
Q. Have
you looked at any of the plays?
A. They
have an example of four of them up on the public's web site. Some of them are a paragraph long. Some are two or three pages long. Do we want to try to do the early pieces
when it's not so hot? Or--
but by the end of her writing she may have gotten really, really awesome. Who knows? We don't get to see the plays
before we get them.
Q. Most
of her plays are African American themes and is she familiar with our company?
A. She
did say, I think, she was intending this more towards Latino Translations. The spirit of it was that that really she
wants both the cities and theatres to add their own character reflective of the
city. We've had one meeting and
there'll be more meetings to come.
Q. Becky:
Did you guys look at the playground life site?
A. Yes.
Q. Any
thoughts?
A. No.
Q. It's
a show that may be a rental. Homeless
kids.
A. David:
It's basically a show of this guy. It's called the playground.
Becky:
They've done it like three or five times before. And then they performed it at the Complex, Hudson, Deaf West and they're looking to rent. They're looking to rent and/or do a
coproduction. Regardless it's something
that needs A. C. Needs to be involved with.
So it would be really cool or as a coproduction really it would be very
good for outreach especially in this area.
Got to sit down and talk with these folks.
Q. Do
you know when we'll have an idea of what's coming up?
A. We
were hoping to know today. And the
wheels came off in the last 24 hours.
We'll know very, very soon.
A. C.
Thank you.
Hans: Membership committee.
Paul,
Hans, Kathi: We have one
announcement Jessie Marion is back. We
went over the current list and I have just a couple people I need to call to
see if they are going to go on hiatus or find out what their involvement is
going to be. After we talk to
them. Um, next the next meeting also
will be the meeting that we nominate new members. If you think someone should be a new member please submit
it. Next meeting bring the name up
because we'll do new business and then no new folks at all. Members only. And we will discuss these aforementioned nominees.
Q. When
is the next meeting?
A. August
23rd.
Q. Right
now we're supposed to be turning in our hours to mem com in general? Not a lot of people have? We should e‑mail them even though it's
like it's obvious that we went over.
A. Yes.
Q. What
is the time? From when to when?
A. In
the ideal sense it would be monthly. I
think Ruth brought up that question previously. Monthly would be great.
Q. So
for, like, I, say, turn in my hours tomorrow what would you want?
A. Let's
say June to July.
Q. Ruth:
As you know I know that I can't be at the meeting the 23rd. Is there any way to get information? I can be in contact by phone but I cannot be
here physically.
A. I
can give you the preliminary list right now.
You can let me know. Um.
Q. Do
we have voting by phone or proxy?
A. Yours
is okay. I don't want to make it a
convenient new by which people choose to skip the meetings. It needs to be a real excuse.
Q. So
if you have a real excuse you can miss?
A. Yes. Is there no mention in the by‑laws?
Q. Hans:
If you would like to propose I'm not opposed to it in theory?
A. I
would say absentee balloting is fine as long is it's cut off so we don't have
people just not showing up. It's hot
out, I don't want to go down. They call
in five minutes before the meeting.
Saying I can't be there.
Q. Is
there, like, a specific format we've got to be submitting these hours in?
A. No.
Q. Could
I suggest that the mem com, new or old, create some kind of piece of paper with
how to turn in your hours? And then something online for each member to track their
hours. I have no idea how much I've
done in the last six months. I don't
have the mechanism to store that information.
A. That's
a good idea.
Q. So
is there a spread sheet we could have on line?
A. Sure. We'll make it happen.
Q. Just
something like that along with what the requirement is?
A. Okay. Just easy reference point is what your
saying.
Hans: And the other thing is since we do have the
Marat Sade rental it's going to be a good push now to get your hours in. I know for example we still need people to
do box office for a little while. And
it's fun. It's not hot out. Any other questions.
Hans: Publicity?
Phil
Sokoloff: If you haven't seen La Bête yet, see it tonight. We will have the L.A. times here. And, um, took me a little bit longer to get
them here. Haven Hartman's pictures
have been getting printed a lot. That's
why having good photography is best for your productions.
Hans:
Haven Hartman's middle initial is incorrect.
She actually like picked it up if that's not the correct one.
Phil: Give
me the right one and I'll get it fixed.
There was some buzz about Bukowsical might be moving to prime time this
fall.
Paul: It's on the table as a possibility.
Ruth: There's no one on the books for tonight and
in fact for the whole rest of the run.
Except for me for the 29th.
Unknown: I
just added more people. Not for
tonight.
Ruth:
Please we need somebody for tonight.
Hans:
Everybody should have a job. You can't
say no to Ruth. It's a rule. It's in the by laws. You get no cookies. Talk to Ruth afterwards Please. Because we need people.
John: Has
everyone here who's not in La Bête already signed up to take a shift?
Adam: Not tonight, it's not good for me.
Q. Is
it because it's hot?
A. Partially.
Hans: Anybody else got any new business.
Phil
Sokoloff: Totally off topic
Len Jenkin who wrote My Uncle Sam will be at the Ojai playwrights conference
this year. So anybody's who interested,
that would be a chance to actually meet him.
Becky: Two things I've just been looking at the by-laws
on line. Can we sit down and fix all
the stuff in the by-laws because other than membership there's a lot of
things that are outdated, or just aren't followed. To participate in a vote you must be a company member. Absentee votes or voting by phone are not
permitted.
Q. It
refers to membership?
A. It's
just talking about voting in general.
Rules of order standing rules or other issues.
David: I'd like to make a proposal that subject to
the approval of the Membership Committee someone may submit a proxy vote if
they are unable to be there, or have a viable reason to not be here.
Hans:
Let's hold that until it's just members.
Q. They
can be here as long as they don't vote.
Adam: Point of order. I believe in order to change the by-laws you need a certain
percentage of the company here.
A. The
official quorum needed is over sixty.
Over half the current company membership to change the by-laws
applicable for voting purposes only.
Mike
Lanahan: Not to get mired down in the
minutiae of the by-laws, but I don't think they can be voted for on that
same day.
Proposals
must be submitted 24 hours prior to a company meeting but the S.A.A. may allow
it at their discretion.
Hans: But
it's at my discretion? I've got to
check this current membership thing.
Becky: This is why I was asking about the by-laws
and potentially revising them.
Ruth: Or at least become familiar with them.
Hans: We have 22 of 39. We have more than 50 percent.
And it was seconded. I move to
vote.
Ruth: Please Restate.
David: Subject to the approval of the SAA, someone
not able to attend a meeting may cast a proxy vote. Subject to the approval of the S. A. A., a member can, with a
viable excuse, in case of an absence, cast an absentee or proxy vote. Right now the memcom knows a certain number
of people. They can give that list to
Ruth and she can say here's my vote.
Mike: My point was the discussion was raised that
we should add in there "two days prior to". In this case it could be up to a minute before. The list will be made available 48 hours
prior to the meeting and it gives people some time to formulate.
Point of
order. That part of the reason to allow
someone to cast a vote and the mechanisms of that I'd like to keep it simple as
possible. The S. A. A. Can decide
subject to the approval, the details for a long time.
Padraic: I guess we're just going to wash over
this. Can you vote no here are all the
options I think this is my vote. So
that we can give that list to Ruth.
Paul: I think what David is saying by the S. A. A.
And MemCom discretion is that they can deal with the questions but if we nail
down the basic concept of it's at the discretion of the S. A. A. Then the how
can be worked out however. Anything
that will arise that doesn't fit into that nice plan is at the discretion of
the S.A.A. that's sort of an umbrella
that covers all of the nagging details.
Corey: Move to vote.
Hans: All
in favor of this? The vote is for the
actual addendum
all in
favor: 18. All opposed: Two.
Anybody abstain? Motion is
carried.
Becky: I would
like to propose that the August meeting that we have or one depending on how
many we're having a month? We have
especially to revise the by-laws while we're not preparing for a new
production. I think it's something that
everybody should look at just because of the fact that because voting the rules
are or even just the breakdown of the meeting.
We're supposed to introduce the agenda and those things don't happen. If
we're going to refer to the by-laws we have should have them be what we
want them to be?
A. I'm
totally in favor of that. Three weeks
to revise it. To do all of it at one
time would be a monster. I think
everyone should sit down and come up with specific revisions.
Q. Can
everybody between now and then actually reads the by-laws?
A. Sure.
Q. Ruth:
The August meeting is going to take place in a park. That may not be the best place to do this. I suggest setting up an ad hoc committee to
go through the by-laws and present suggestions?
A. Yes.
Hans:
Point of order. That's a good idea. Do
you want to head it up Ruth?
Ruth: Okay.
Yea, we have an ad hoc committee.
Kathy Copeland, Becky Harrison, John Mitchell, and Ruth Silveira are the
ad hoc committee on by-laws.
Show
reports:
La Bête: John Mitchell: Well, the show's going to extend. You gotta see this thing.
Come see it tonight. And we
won't guilt you into working box office.
We need butts in the seats tonight.
Stacey is understudying today.
Q. Becky:
Abigail Solomon is doing a show called Stages and has asked about doing a
program ad exchange with La Bête. I
said I didn't know because at the time they open on the 20th and we didn't know
if we were extending. I told her I
would find out and let her know.
Q. They
open on the 20th?
A. Yeah,
this is an extension of their show.
Q. Does
that compete with our show?
A. I
don't think so.
Q. Check
the dates.
Hans: Let's go on to Bukowsical.
John
Mitchell: Dean has asked,
since there is the potential that Bukowsical might come again in another format,
for everyone to offer feedback on the show. So if you want to e‑mail something to Dean or myself,
anything you think about the show, please do so. I think that's it. We're
going to close this run on the 21st.
Serial
Killers: We had a great show
last night. We created an entire new
row. We had 92 people in here. We also had a first Florida recount happen. The
third place votes, they were separated by one, when it's close,
Aaron takes our subtotal and we add those four balances up and he
balances and counts them just to make sure they work and made us look at a tied
third place. We counted a couple times
and then had to go out and announce it. We have the process in place and we've
never been able to do it. All four
pieces move on. And so it was exciting. That's
how we roll. So we have two more normal weekends and then
our big event on the 29th. We thought
the line up was set. But now there's
still one piece that might -- anything could happen. So we need -- what I need people
is sort of in the same realm of 360.
But people to help set up for the evening. People to help cleanup for the evening. Gathering some food and stuff to that effect. Maybe get a little bit of music. Not Porn music. I've talked about getting a sign up sheet on line. So that should be happening within the week.
Q. If
La Bête is extending does that change the close date for Serial Killers?
A. Not
at all. We are doing the Thursties.
Then we are done until October after the Thursties. We are done until the next main stage. We need help with a lot of the stuff for the
show. Someone want to tackle post show
that would be a great help.
Mike: I would recommend throwing a sign up sheet
on the website with what slots you need.
Q. Do
you have an actual Thursty award?
A. There
are going to be a bunch of awards. Do you mean a physical award? Yes, there
will be actual physical awards. We will
give out little chintzy ones. Tell your
friends because we want to sell out before the 29th. I have a feeling that ten bucks is going to go quick.
Q. Will
there be any sort of ancillary aspect of fund raising?
A. We
discussed it and wanted it to not seem like a fund raiser. We want to make them not know we're fund
raising.
Q. If
there was just like art around the lobby that could maybe be silently
auctioned? Something simple?
A. Yes.
Brandon: I
would be happy to make up a Thursty gallery of fine art.
We are
tossing around ideas.
Kathi: It
made money for Billy the Mime.
A. We'll
talk about it. So if you want
merchandise -- how do
you make shirts?
Ruth:
Iron-ons. Just from off the computer
and then iron them on shirts. Just like
we did for: Love Tapes. If anyone wants to spear head ironing on
Serial Killers.
Q. Becky:
I'm going to let you know that I still have that contact at target so if you
want T shirts?
A. We'll
talk.
Padraic: We're going to have special character
presenters and silly awards and participation awards.
Becky: Do
you have a schedule for that week prior to the Thirsty awards.
A. Hans:
Now that I know we have that Wednesday back I'll have one with in the
week. I basically have to get with all
of our directors. We will be in here
every night.
Becky:
During the day also?
Hans: Keep
it available. If somebody, a rental,
comes up, we'll talk.
Becky:
Right now Ten Tops is the only conflict
Hans: That's fine. Keep all that free time available. I'm talking about seven to 11, seven to midnight. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Hans: Is
Ten Tops still happening.
Pogo: Ten Tops
is Monday, July 24. And it's our picnic
of performances. Picnic food items will
be available so you'll also get some snacks.
You might get to see boobs? The special performers are Ten West, Teresa
Williams, she's a monologist. And I
will be doing one of my long lost jokes from a Fast and Loose script. A redo of one of my sketches. All kinds of people and all kinds of
fun. We have flyers with big ants on
them. It would be great to see more
people now. It is an open performance.
Now it's an event.
Brandon: The new people might not have been to Ten
Tops and it really requires people to be here.
Feeds on the energy of people. You'll all have fun and perform. Ten West came to the company via Ten Tops,
as well as what you currently know as Kronis and
Alger.
Hans: Does anyone have any other show reports to
be made? No? Okay. Let's take a ten
minute break and we'll resume with members only.
MEMBERS
ONLY SECTION OF MEETING:
Meeting
called to order. We will be doing
nominations. Next meeting will be
voting on S.A.A. as well as MemCom, as well as new members. The next meeting is the 23rd at 3
o'clock. So without further ado, I'll
start with the membership committee nominations. To begin with I will not be running again
and as far as I know Paul will not be running again. Currently submitted nominations are Stacey Jackson, Mary
Guilliams and Kathi Copeland. Any
others?
Padraic: I nominate Philip Newby.
Adam: Second.
Hans: Do
you accept the nomination, Philip Newby?
Philip: I
do.
Hans: Any
others? Okay. Awesome, so Stacey, Newby, Mary, Kathy.
Q. How
long are nominations open?
A. I
will keep them open for another week.
Q. How
many Mem Com positions are there?
A. Three.
Hans:
Okay. Moving on. Sergeant at arms.
Padraic: I want to nominate Paul Plunkett.
Seconded. Paul, do you accept?
Paul: I
accept.
C. M. : I
nominate myself.
Seconded. Is there conflict of duties with your
position as The Gonzalez?
Becky: The
other people, who are new members, have they been approached?
Hans:
Approach would be the incorrect word.
It's been sent out on e‑mail so it's been publicly available to
whoever. So, that being said, like I
said it was going to be a short membership section, ya'all, does anyone have
anything else to discuss.
Padraic: The A. C. Has a full cycle to announce. We're constantly working. For you.
So, our October November cycle is going to be on the main stage is going
to be Bukowsical. I think October 5th
is first preview and then running concurrently with that as dark night will be
the new world premiere Ten West show.
And then running Saturday nights will be Serial Killers.
Q. Does the Ten West show have a name?
A. Ten west.
Adam: I
was under the impression that Dean was out of town through September. Is that not true?
A. There
-- there -- he is out of town a lot but we've -- part of the reason this has taken a while is that we've been
trying to organize all the rehearsals. Um
in order to make that a reality -- and some of it -- a
lot of it -- is stuff that is already existing. We
will be -- this configuration will not be the same so there will be
a little bit of that involved but it's been scheduling that was sort of what was
taking a long time. There's a block of
time before he goes away. Then there is
some business that's not director related.
Jessie will come back and she can do all the choreography and some
directing stuff as well.
Q. Am
I also correct in assuming that with the exception of Serial Killers, there will
be no new opportunities for company members to get on stage?
A. Um,
with this announcement, yes. It
probably will be other programming coming --
Q. Do
you know for sure that Bukowsical is going to stay with the same cast?
A. There
might be some changes. The acting
opportunities for company members is something that weighs heavily on our
decisions. But they are --
both productions are full of members and by that I mean full of penises.
Q. Is
it the same version?
A. Expanded. It is being expanded. They may add 15 to 20 minutes.
Q. Are
you guys planning to, after Marat Sade leaves, to change the set up? You said it would not be performed in this
layout.
A. Yes.
Q. We're
opening the preview on the 5th, opening the 6th. Six week run.
Q. Saturday
and Friday and 8:00?
A. Yes.
Q. Ten
West is going to play Wednesday, Thursday after that?
A. Yes.
Q. And
their show may or may not have a title?
A. Just
ten west.
Q. So
we'd be looking at second weekend of November, closing on the 11th if we go
with six weeks.
A. Okay.
A.C.: We haven't contacted most of the still
outstanding proposals. We still have
plenty of programming to decide. We
just have another four or five cycles to figure out. We're trying to look at things that give a lot of opportunities
to the Company. Even though there
aren't maybe a lot of casting opportunities they are sort of member driven and
created pieces. So we're trying really hard to figure how to get more pieces. Gear up for the spring. For most of the life of this company, it's
always been oh, my God to try and figure out what we're doing. So we want to really -- we want
to try to nail down what we're going to be doing in the spring sooner rather
than later. We're -- right
now we have to try and think about the December show and then we have maybe
three cycles in the spring that we want to decide soon so that those shows can
have plenty of opportunities and get working now.
Q. So
this is like the first time that we're not doing a Halloween show around Halloween?
A. Pretty
much.
Q. First
time in like recent memory?
A. Sure. Since Dracula.
Q. Although
there is a Phantom of the Opera in Bukowsical?
A. True. There is necrophilia too. Questions?
Q. Stacey:
Just because I'm a new member, how do you guys accept new ideas? And I was
talking about the painting on the walls, and I didn't know that neighborhood
kids had done that. And things like
that that we're not really doing right now.
So how would I approach that. Is
somebody already taking care of that?
A. If
it's about painting the mural, that's John.
John: In
fact there is a list of positions that has exactly that. Just jump right in. Don't be shy.
Becky: I
just need to set up a meeting with you guys to go over potential rentals.
A.C.: Can
you shoot us an e‑mail to start that ball rolling.
Becky:
Yes.
A.C.: Any
other questions?
Brandon: About the theatre school, did that ever pan
out?
Becky: John
and I had spoken about it and with the time frame and when he came back and had
revised it.
Last I spoke to him was about a week or two ago. He's looking to do a weekday Monday or
Tuesday night weekly. And so, that's
about as far as we've gotten at this point.
So it is still happening.
Slowly.
Hans: Kathi.
Kathi: I
was just wondering what was going to happen with 360? Are we doing it.
A.C.: We
on the A. C. have not heard anything to nail down a date yet. Is somebody on that or is that yet to be
assigned?
No one
answers.
Hans: Can
I get a motion to adjourn?
All in
favor?
We're out.
Meeting adjourned.
