Meeting run by Aldrich Allen in the absence of SAA Andy Wolf.

Artistic Committee:
Wuchte and Mcintyre announced LA premiere of "Laura's Bush" by Jane Martin

Padraic: We are still in process of meeting with folks and looking at calendars and solidifying the mainstages. More to come soon. They had 4 proposals left to meet with.

Production Manager:
not present... When is Strike?

House: 
Brandon: Beer sales at Triple Crown with Lou walking around with a cooler sold twice as much

MemCom:
Padraic: There's a confusion over when people can apply for membership. What if they have done all the requirements before the 6 months?
Wuchte: We still want to stick to the time frame of the first meeting they attend on completed at 6 months.

Yogi Sylvain: What kind of animals do you like?
Aldrich: I like Tigers. Do you like gorillas? That's my gorilla

Triple Crown:
One more week, AC will meet and decide whether we do it again.

Get stuff to auction off, products ,food from restaurants

Underneath the Lintel:
Brandon made a moving, touching speech and I was listening not writing. He thanked everyone for their support in a very meaningful, sincere way.

Dubya 2004:
Sat. night is Strike for [sic] and we build all next week day and night

Fast and Loose is happening. Email Padriac if you want to be involved. It starts Sat. 18th for 5 weeks.

Laura's Bush: 4 women, 2 men

Yogi: Do you like crocodiles?

Board of Directors (John Sylvain):
Taxes are moving along this week. Took longer to get stuff together than anticipated.

We have legal status and everything is fine as far as by-laws.

We are talking about getting a Board of Advisors. They would have money or knowledge. No power but recognition.

We are having a fundraiser/ cocktail party at David Baron's house on Sept. 12th. $100 a head. We hope to raise 10,000 at that.

New Board Member Jonathon Tavvs,Tech Major at BU, Alumni association, he was ABC Exec for many years and is a media consultant. He will help with fundraising.

There will be another fundraiser in Nov. Early Feb. we want to have a scavenger hunt fundraiser for singles with limousines.

Kiesche: Can we send out notices about the fundraiser? Can we get in some name people to bring us publicity?

Padraic: How many people are on the board now?
John: 5

Adam: Has he (Jonathan Tavvs) been to any of our shows?
John: He has been to the website. He had a lot of questions.  Didn't see the latest cycle of shows because he was out of town.

Yogi: Does he like gorillas?

John: I know there was a vote by the company that I be here. You can't require it but I think it's great.

Wuchte: Are we getting a break that Jim Tosney is handling all the taxes?
John: The conversation with the IRS will be the toughest part
Aaron: Schedule it for a 4:30 on Friday. They want to go home
Sylvain: No more questions? I'm really happy to be here
