Sacred Fools Theater Company is honored to present a limited engagement benefit performance of The Attic Collective's and her Children. All proceeds will be donated to gun reform organizations.

After a sold-out run in the Hollywood Fringe Festival and winning Top of Fringe, Fringe First for World Premiere, Best Dramatic Theatre, and the International Fringe Encore Award, and her Children returns to Los Angeles for two performances only before heading to New York for its off-Broadway run at SoHo Playhouse this January! All proceeds will be donated to organizations that fight for and promote gun reform.

Mother Courage and Her Children is a 1939 play by Bertolt Brecht about a woman who profits off war by selling items to soldiers.

and her Children is a 2025 play by Rosie Glen-Lambert and Hailey McAfee about a woman who profits off gun violence by representing the NRA.

Mother Courage and Her Children is about a mother who loves her children.

and her Children is about a mother who loves her children.

Mother Courage and Her Children has over thirty characters.

and her Children has just one.

And she's come to defend herself.

Inspired by Dana Loesch's infamous appearance at a Town Hall following the Parkland shooting, and her Children investigates America's gun violence epidemic through the lens of those who are paid to defend the right to bear arms. Time holds still as our contemporary Anna Fierling is plummeted into a liminal space where the audience is a stand-in for her own troubled conscience. In this imagined space, she grapples with two gnawing questions: Has she been selfish? And will she keep her job?
