SUMMARY: The ghost of the recently dead Mrs. Ethel
Carstairs can't stop screaming, much to the consternation of
Fielder and David, undead followers of Sally, who wants to
conquer and rule the living. The dead lady leads them to a
séance in progress, as Mr. Carstairs is trying to contact his
Ethel via the dubious help of bogus medium Madame Robocaller.
However, Sally and her minions manage to take over Madame
Robocaller's body and begin an actual séance. Meanwhile,
another undead faction who also want to rule the living, lead by
Madame Buzzard, also begin a mystical ritual, which summons
spirits Joseph and Karen. Back at the other séance, Sally
instigates a ritual called "Echo," which echoes their words via
repetition from the undead to the living, who are unnerved to
find themselves suddenly saying the word "Echo." But it's
not enough to solidify the contact; they need a word from Ethel
- who says a word that upon hearing, Mr. Carstairs knows he's
made contact with his late wife. |
