SUMMARY: Florida Man needs the IRS to get him his
tax refund so he can pay for his girlfriend Tammy's latest
abortion, so he drunkenly calls 911, who, when he gets
belligerent, pretend they're going to send his check - but
they're really sending the law. Florida Man's life is a mess and
his Mama is none too sympathetic. But when Florida Man gets a
visitation from a heavenly black man named "The Great Sir" - aka
"Irregardless" - his fortunes may (or may not) be about to turn
