SUMMARY:  Stan has been holed up in his apartment for three weeks, as Los Angeles has been overrun by zombies.  His wife, Angie, his brother, Rod, and Rod's wife Sherry have fled to the desert, but Stan insisted on staying behind, relying on power from a hand-crank generator.  They want to come back and rescue him, but when they call, he says he doesn't want to be rescued.  He's found himself... he's at home amongst the dead.  Suddenly, there's a knock at the door.  He goes to answer it as Angie and Rod beg him not to...

EPISODE TWO (11/6/10)

SUMMARY:  Angie and Rod desperately listen on the phone for any sign of Stan, but Sherry, who hates Stan, hangs up the phone.  They are joined by Capt. Boggs, who flirts with Angie.  Sherry spills the beans that they're going to break away from his unit to go rescue Stan - against Boggs' orders.  Boggs reluctantly agrees to their plan... but he's going along with them.  Meanwhile, it wasn't a zombie on the other side of the door - it was Ray, a fellow survivor.  Stan tells him the military will come to rescue them in a week.  Stan is really enjoying being alone, and is discomfited when Ray won't leave.

They listen on the phone for any sign of Stan. A mysterious intruder. Capt. Boggs (Troy Blendell) comes on to Angie. Capt. Boggs (Troy Blendell) comes on to Angie. The intruder is Ray (Joe Roche), a fellow survivor. 'We're survivors.  We need to stick together.' But Stan wants to be alone...

EPISODE THREE (5/14/11)

SUMMARY:  Angie, Rod and Sherry arrive at Stan's apartment to find he's already been bitten and is beginning to transform into a zombie. They find a tape in which he reports that it looked like the zombified people were getting better. He got into a fight with Ray and shoved him out the window, then felt bad about it and climbed after him... and got bitten. He asks them to shoot him when they find him... but he also starts to enjoy the transformation. Angie can't bring herself to kill the zombified Stan, so she restrains him instead, then hugs him tight.

Sherry, Rod and Angie arrive at Stan's apartment. They've spotted something. They're too late.  Stan's a zombie now. They find a tape in which Stan apologies for his transformation. Stan begins to enjoy the transformation. "I feel really calm." Angie chooses to restrain Stan rather than kill him.


Stan's friends arrive too late to rescue him – he's already
been bitten by a zombie, and he's left a final message.
