SUMMARY:  Cat and Robert awaken after a drunken hookup and have an awkward conversation in which it takes a while for Cat to get through to an oblivious Robert that it was just a one-night stand.  Once it sinks in - and he finds that they were actually set up by a mutual friend as a pity fuck for him after his bad breakup with former girlfriend Chloe - he angrily tries to leave... and then returns a moment later in a panic.  There are tanks on the streets.  Gunfire ensues, and the electricity goes out.  Cat still insists that Robert leave... because her heretofore unmentioned husband and baby will soon be home.

SUMMARY:  Robert isn't speaking to Cat, who explains that she's separated from her husband, and "Baby" is the name of his dog.  Her husband is a lionized military hero, and he won't accept that their marriage is over.  A knock on the door proves to be not her husband, but her friend Kelly, who set Robert up with Cat... and who informs them that they lost two whole days while they were drunk.  Kelly is at first oblivious to the chaos going on outside, but not for long.  When the power comes back on, they try to get an update from the radio, but the remaining stations are cutting out too often for them to get any information.  Robert finally decides it'd be best if he left... but somebody out there is gunning for him.

SUMMARY:  Cat and Kelly drag in the wounded bodies of Robert and Bradley - Cat's estranged husband.  A delirious Bradley cries out for "Baby" - the dog - in his sleep.  The women are frantic to find a way to separate the two before they wake and find themselves face to face with one another.  Cat blames Kelly for their situation, since she's the one who set her up with Robert, but Kelly is unrepentant; it was time for Cat to get out and see other people.  But their argument is cut short as the men wake up... and Bradley looks none to happy to see a strange man in his bed.
